Hey there Heather,

I would say you should ask yourself if your in pain that is serious enough to go to the ER. If you believe so, go.

Are you having any color discharge? OR is there a possibility you may be pregnant?

I feel if it is dealing with pregnancy or period. If it is cramps you can live through, hold off til monday (it will be cheaper!) and if you wanted to easy your mind.. you could try taking a pregnancy test. It may not show accurate results if it is your period but if you're just spotting you could ease your mind on what it might be.

Another thing to look at would be your age? (i dont know how old you are) But it might have something to with with medipause?
