I am 9 weeks pregnant and earlier this week i started bleeding.  I went to the doctor the next day. The baby is fine but the doctor found a blood clot under the placenta. Doctor told me to rest. Has anyone else had this problem?

I found out I had one at 7 weeks. I was having cramping real bad so I went to the er and that's how I found out. I rested a lot and made sure I didn't over do and I had another u/s at 12 weeks and they said it was gone. Did they say how big urs was? Make sure u drink a lot of water cuz it can help

I personally have never had this problem, but know of people that did.  As long as the clot is not too big and not in a really bad place I think you will be okay.  I know it must be super scary.  Just kind of put yourself on bed rest, only get up to eat, shower, and use bathroom, and make sure to drink a lot of water.  Take it easy.  Just take it one day at a time and know that if something is going to happen then there is really no preventing it but I am sure everything will be just fine.  I am sorry you have this stress.
