nervous. how do I calm my nerves?

I'm being induced in 2 days which is on my due date. I'm happy for my baby girl. But I'm nervous and it's making my body feel wierd. Like sick. I'm getting all hot and shakey and my tummy hurts and getting light headed. Has anyone else expirienced this? How do I get past being nervous. I've been trying to keep calm all day. I hope I don't feel like this when I go in on Friday. I don't want to panic or anything. These hormones are making me crazy. Any suggestions please

Have a date night with you honey! Because once the baby is here you won't have one for a while. Going on 3 years without one lol. Go to the movies have dinner because taking a kid under the age of 4 is stressful.  Go do what it is that you enjoy doing together that helped me a whole lot when I had to have my first c section and was all kids of stressed out. Comedy clubs are great too.
