Don't worry too much unless you see red bleeding, brown spotting is very common in early stages of pregnancy,it happens to many women,it can be old blood from implantation,I had brown spotting at week 5 twice,I was so worried like you,but my doctor told me it's normal, now if you see red is't different you should contact you doctor.About the bladder it is normal too ,your uterus is growing therefore its pressing your bladder,it's making room for your baby,I'm 8 weeks and 5 days today and I remember feeling this way weeks ago.I know it's hard to be calm with all those symptoms but I'm sure any doctor is going to tell it it's all normal, but if you have more concerns ask your doctor to do an early ultrasound to make sure everything is alright, that's what I did.Good Luck
