newly pregnant , have pinworms and a vaginal infection :(

How can you treat pinworms in first trimester , I'm 6 weeks now ? Also I have never had any vaginal infection before , it doesn't smell but I am ichy and irritated , I have a white thick discharge that gathers in the folds of my vaginal and clit area! :( I am very hiegenic and bath and wash regularly, so I don't know how I would get either of these :( can someone help me as to what treatments are possible ? And and these harmful to my unborn baby ? Or my husband ? Thank you

ive just recently read about pinworms and they are verryyyy hard to treat. you can ingest eggs and they can spread (rectum to vagina) very easily!
you have to wash all your bedding, wear clean clothes daily etc.
google it and it will give you the best answers. I know there's medication for it. but not sure how well it works

Omg the best thing you can do is go to the doctor and get medication as soon as possible i know things like that can harm your baby if the infection you have crosses your cervix into the uterus or you might not even know if you had it before you became pregnant is bad and stay aways from sex with your husband if you are clean there is a high chance that you got it from him he might be sleeping around be careful for the sake of your baby no one can really tell you what to do or what to take or how bad it can be for your baby or if it can or it has affected your baby already except for your doctor.. But please dont wait
