I'm 36wk and 4 days pregnant, I'm 1 & a half cm Dilated, I want to help induce myself into labor, is it to early, I know baby will come when she wants, buttt I want to try at least. Anyone else trying already to self induce or am I the only crazy one? & if you are trying what are you doing or taking? I already got raspberry tea!

I feel you girl I'm trying to do labor on my own and nothing is working for me I'm about 1cm thick, they saw sex but I have no urge or energy on having sex with my husband everything is irritated me

you may want to wait until after 37 weeks so the baby is no longer considered pre-term. but walking, stairs, bouncing on those big balls, sex with ejaculation softens the cervix, masturbation with an orgasm causes contractions, nipple stimulation, they say spicy foods.

I would avoid the drinking different stuff, doesn't always work and some teas aren't safe. and not yo use castor oil, as it will give you diarrhea and can cause the baby to also have diarrhea resulting in the likelihood of an infection from the baby swallowing meconium.

Yes it's too early, and no there's nothing you can do since the baby decides when it's ready to come.
