not anything to do with my pregnancy

Tonight my sister in law came over so I could see my nieces since I've been on bed rest and haven't seen them lately. I'm very close to them and they mean the world to me. Well when we were just sitting around talking my 4 year old niece was playing with my SIL's brother who stopped over when she started crying like something was wrong with her. My SIL and I both knew there was something wrong so when ever she went to pick her up, my niece just completely passed out with her eyes rolling in the back of her head. I put her down on the floor because I work in a hospital and I needed to see if she was breathing. When I looked at her and went to listen for breath sounds she was blue and wasn't breathing. I went to star CPR on her but she started to wake up. This happened one other time about 2 years ago were they said it was a febrile seizure but never had another one. This time she's not sick and doesn't have a fever, she's now at the hospital getting checked. But I will never forget the look on her face and the feeling I had were I almost had to do CPR on my own niece. Its a totally different feeling when I do it on people at the hospital that I don't know but I never want to do it again. sorry so long just need to talk.

I completely know how your feeling my daughter had febrile seizures a few times and your heart just sinks not knowing what do to do out what's going on. Its very scary. My grandmother was her care giver during the day when i worked and she  had experience with it cuz my cousin had seizure disorder and she was the one that was around her when my daughter had them except for one time she was with me. I totally freaked I'm just glad she grew out of it and hopefully don't ever have to go threw it with this baby
