39 weeks and still not dialating i have been really active like working at home and going for walk but the only thing is haven't had sex little bit worried
Put your hands on your hips and roll your hips in a circular motion a few times and walk around your kitchen or dining table
Well I'm 38weeks and I'm 3 centimeters dilated and I want to go in LABOR I been walking had SEX lost my mucus plug but nothing has happened no contractions or my water haven't broke so I'm out of options
