What do u mean ideas sweety? There's not much u can do to help except resting and following drs orders if thats what u mean. Just think of ur babies they need u to do this they aren't strong enough so just focus on being strong for them. Get a laptop or portable dvd player watch movies catch up on series u like. Get some books. Even crosswords or coloring to distract urself. Maybe crocheting or knitting things for the babies. Video chat with friends and relatives. Anything to pass ur time

Unless you stop dialateing they will probably keep you. Its also a way they can monitor you so nothing goes wrong. Just relax and try not to worry about anything. just enjoy the nurses waiting on you and rest up lots for the sake of your baby.  You dont wanthim/her to come to soon and be put in nicu. Its so sad to see babys in there.
