I ate soda crackers when I woke up first thing in the morning when I was pregnant with my first and drank water. It got better by 4 1/2 months. Before then I always had to eat my breakfast twice because I always threw it up.
Ginger biscuits are helpful x
Say hello to morning sickness, lol. It usually gets better around 12-13 weeks. Just try snacking on crackers or fruit, and drink lots of water. I hope you feel better (:
