old blood?

I'm 6 weeks and 5 days.

Yesterday i noticed some brown blood when i wiped, so I went to the hospital. They said that the baby is fine, showed me the heartbeat on the monitor and checked my cervix. My hcg level was 5600. Everything was fine and they said that the blood appears to be old clots left from my last period. I noticed some pinker blood recently, if anyone's had this issue....was there pink blood? Were you okay?

Thank you. I'm just worried because i recently had a miscarriage.

I know when to worry big time and go back to the hospital though.

I have had dark brown bleeding when I wipe for the last 10 days.. very light, and probably only twice it has lightened.. no tissue or anything has come out,  so im presuming all is fine... my doctor said its quiet normal in early pregnancy, just to watch if it gets bright red and heavy :)

Baby's heart rate is supposed to be high, mine was at 125bpm last night.

I'm only concerned because there's been pink blood. Not red, just pink.
