hello..i need help please.i had unprotected sex on April 18,but the guy did not come inside me.After around may3 i got my period,i believe it was normal,and then i got  it again on may 28 until June 1,but it wasn't normal...it was light,and the first day it wasn't heavy as usual, today on June 2 i had some spot of blood,and i am experiencing some stomach and abdominal pain:.on may 31 i want to the Er and got blood test,and vaginal ultra sound,and they said i am not pregnant...but i don't really trust the ER and i can't give birth cuz i am taking accutane(acne treatment) ,the baby will not born normal.this thing it never happed to me before,i am so worried especially that i am getting married soon,so you think i am pregnant??????????????please help
also i got two urine test one at home and one at the ER both were negative

noi haven't had sex since than,the last time i had sex was april 18,so what do you think?????????????please

Going based on your last "period" of May 3, you would only be 4w 5d.  If conception occurred on or around April 18, you would be almost 9 weeks.    On May 31, it should have showed something in a vaginal ultrasound if conception occurred on April 18, because you would have been around 8 weeks.  If you have had unprotected sex since May 3, then it is possible that you conceived later, and that is why nothing is showing yet.

sweetie its not 4 weeks,its 7 weeks,april 18 and we are june 6,thanks anyways

The only way you'll know for sure is to go back into the ER in a week or two and see if they'll do another vaginal ultrasound and/or blood test or to take another pregnancy test with first morning urine. It might have been a little early to see anything yet, because if you are pregnant, you would only be 4 weeks along and not all ER equipment is the best. (The ER
I go to has horrible ultrasound stuff)
