Ok so I was at the beach today n didn't use sunblock well long story short I'm freaking red right now n in so much pain. Can this hurt my baby at all ??

Thx !!! The cold shower did help I'm laying in my room with the ac on n I'm drinking a ton of water !!

It can't really hurt the baby but you can get very dehydrated, maybe overheated as well. Just be sure to pump up with some water, use aloe vera, try a cold shower and relax.

You can get dehydrated quicker from it, you need to apply some aloe Vera and make sure you drink a lot of water.
