Induction is fine, you just need a little more monitoring to make sure baby is ok with each pessary or gel that is added. I've been induced 4 times, for the 4 children I have. They induced because i went overdue every time, even with sweeps and all the kick start labours recommended nothing worked for me. I went 13 days over with my youngest. He'd still be in there now if that hadn't induced. I don't believe my body can do spontaneous labour. Just try and enjoy the last days before baby arrives. Any stories about induction being more painful isnt true. Labour is labour, it's all painful! Good luck ladies!

My due date is Monday and no signs cervix was still thick n I wasnt dialate but I believe im going over and ill be getting induced Wednesday morning

Suckssss dnt it....u had a sweep or anything u dilated at all n bet your hopinnthey come before tue..im gettin induced 25...if al else fails but she thinks go natrally before hand xx

Yeah I am 5 days overdue :( getting induced next Tuesday if she hasn't come by then.. hope she comes soon as I don't want to wait another 5 days :( x

I'm over due an went in to labour yesterday it been over 12 hour an Im in so much pain lol
