Kinley is a cute name, and since the brothers aren't close and it doesnt seem like they ever will be it really shouldn't be a problem.
I think I'm still going to plan on using Kinley for a girl. It shouldn't be a big deal. And if it is, oh well. I had it picked out before I knew my husband. Thanks ladies! :)
My name is BreAnne Lee. (only drs call me BreAnne ok lol) but my uncle named his daughter LeeAnne and I swear it always pissd me off, like oh real original. and its not even the same name! And you gotta kno they are family, and even if they aren't around now, they definitely will meet one day. But in the end its up to you and ur husband
thats truue:)
thank you, im pretty sure i will cause i really fell in love with the name i chose :(
both of you should go for it, it's a big world and everyone will get over it! they werent the first to use the name so they copied someone else!
I say go for it :)
Im the same, kinda feel bummed that I just found out a friends friend of mine whom i dont talk to or actually know, has the same baby name i want for my daughter.. except she has a boy. and i dont want her talking smack that i copied her. idk if i should go for it :/ but ive been really excited with the name i picked :/
Stupid phone wrote to name twice*
I love the name kinley it's what I wanted to name to name my baby girl but its kinda trending in the area I live in so right now hubby and I and trying to decide between McKinley and Kinsley.
That's what I told my husband since I never have and probably never will meet her. But he's met her. His brother never comes around or goes to family things. He didn't even come to our wedding! So I don't really feel bad about it.
Omg that's funny, I picked Kinleigh for my daughter, until my brother started making fun of it :( its a beautiful name and you should use it if you have a girl. It would be different if you actually knew his adopted daughter.
i would still use the name. its not the same name and you don'tknow the girl so it shouldn't be a problem.
