I wish it was that easy for all of us lol. I tried yoga and I've tried the chiropractor, but there's not a lot he can do cause I'm pregnant. My siatica nerves are so bad I can't sleep at night, I can't stand for longer than 5 minutes and even sitting hurts. Its a 24/7 pain that will not go away... It gets to the point where when I lay down I can't get back up sometimes I have to get my hubby to literally pull me into a sitting position and support me while I try to walk... And yet I'm still working. I must be crazy lol

She's right about the yoga! I was in a motor cycle accident and injured my sciatica and then got pregnant it was horrible, but with my second daughter ive had the pains worse and worse, my aunt who was a labor and delivery nurse for 32 years told me to take a hot bath and soak for 10 minutes then get out and do yoga stretches, and it would help relax the muscles and move the baby, it works wonders! I'm 36 weeks and 6 days right now and i also sometimes go into our hot tub (we keep it at 100° right now) for 5 minutes (timed!! No more than that) and have my husband help me stretch my legs in the water. It feels great, but clear the hot tub with your doctor first and don't stay in longer than 8 minutes in a cool temp hot tub

Yes ma'am! I had sciatic pain before pregnancy so yoga helped a lot! It's gotten worse since being pregnant and the yoga stretches help strengthen your back and shift baby into a more back friendly position! :) I feel so bad for others experiencing that pain - it puts a damper on SO MANY THINGS! LOL

You can google yoga for sciatic pain! They'll show you good stretches to help alleviate the pain and help put baby in a better position for you! :)

You can try a pregnancy support belt for your belly to take some of the pressure off, but unfortunately, for me it never went away til I had my daughter :( I hope you start feeling better!!
