pain all over!!
My hip hurts so bad. It hurts to walk or even put pressure on that side. My knees are swollen... does anyone have any advise or good stretches that have worked for them?!!
I am pregnant with my second and both times I have experienced pain in my left hip to the point I can barely walk. I slept with a body pillow between my legs and would sleep without it some nights because I noticed that some days the pillow made it worse. Laying on your side and doing side leg raises helped me along with gently bouncing/rocking on a yoga ball.
