Different positions, take a warm bath if the hospital offers it, hear packs! I didn't go all natural, I cried like a baby so props to you!!! But those are just some things I've heard that help!

Breathe. Just breathe. Don't fight the contractions. Trust yourself. Your body was built for this. You can do it. Try to relax between contractions - getting that cervix to stretch is all about letting it relax, letting it happen. Don't fight it. You can do it.

Stress ball for squeezing!  Back massage from hubby. Try some sortof mantra in your head whether it be as simple as "i can do this" or any other inspiration quote you can think of! Good luck! It is worth the pain!

Yes only let people who are supportive be in the room, people telling you you can't do it and it's okay to just get the epidural do NOT need to be in there. Breathing helps a lot! Like in 3 out 3 and have someone count with you. It helped me so much
