peeing a lot and pressure

I'm 16 weeks and the past few days I've been peeing non stop. I also have lots of pressure like I have to poo but I don't. Is this normal this early? I know the dr said my uterus hasn't moved up much so maybe its pressed against my bladder? I know its not an infection since I was just at the hospital and they tested me for an infection.

Lol I'm not looking foward to the end of pregnancy! But I'm actually peeing a lot because my kidney stone moved into my bladder :( the pain has been getting worse. I'm hoping I pass it tomorrow morning but thanks for your responses!
