I know what your talking about. Before I got pregnant mine would dislocate a lot to the point to where it changed the way I walk. I been dealing with it since I was little. The littlest thing would dislocate it. When I got pregnant I expected it to just be out of place the whole time. But so far I've been good. Other than regular pregnancy issues im good.Ive been doing therapy exercises and usually when it dislocates I lay down on my side and someone has to push one leg forward and pull my hips back. It hurts doing it but you feel instant relief afterwards.
Bump is to get the question back up to the top
How about a hot water bottel.
Yes it hurts really bad can't describe the pain
I have a small frame I was only 96lbs when I got pregnant that y the doctors said it seperated I already went to the ER that when I found out for sure that it had seperated with this prenancy too they prescribed pain meds but I don't like taking them even though the pain is unbearable at times I was trying to find an alternative instead of taking the meds I tried warm baths but doesn't work that much just eases it when I'm in there it don't hurt that bad when laying down but I can't lay down all the time I have a 6 and 2yr old that I gotta keep up with
Mine started spreading at 17 weeks the most you can do is "relax" and fo try a maternity belt.
How did it seperate? I experiance alot of pelvic pain, and hear mine click as I turn in bed. Because of this i dont do any pregnancy exercise because I fear that will happen to me or dislocate them.
When im in pain I sit in a warm bath and it helps. But if its seperated wouldnt it better to go to an emergancy department?
Yeaaaa what the heck does bump me ? Lol and omg palvic bone can seperate :o far out that must hurt like hell
