Try a pregnancy body pillow. It can help you position your body better and give you more relief when you sleep. Prenatal yoga is awesome for stretching exercises and can work wonders for women with hip pain during pregnancy.
Good luck!
I had to go the the chiropractor for similar problem try seeing one its perfectly safe just let them know you are pregnant he told me there's chemicals released during pregnancy that make your hips open up and your joints become more stretchy.
I'm 24 weeks & have been refered to physio due to hip problems. My baby sits on my siatic nerve & due to the muscle/joint relaxation hormone mixed with hypermobility I am plagued with hip and back pain, the physio has suggested crutches or a wheelchair closer to the end of my pregnancy just to take the pressure off my hips. If you feel your hips are causing too much trouble the best thing to do is to talk to your doctor & see if physio may help xXx
Yeah I toss and turn from side to side...I'm gonna try the pillow thing tho thanks!!
Try sleeping with a pillow between your legs, or sleep on your stomach. However, you should not sleep on your back.
I switch sides from left to right, to keep one side from hurting. I also sleep on my stomach.. it *****.. I'm 18 weeks and its hard to get comfy most nights..
Its temporary i bet try sleepin on your back
