please help if you know anything about hcg levels!

So my level started at 27 and 4 days later it was 236 which was April 1st. On April 9th it was 9,1800. I went to the hospital cuz I had pain but no bleeding and they did an ultrasound and said it may be to early to see anything because they didn't see anything.  My 9,800 was done at the hospital.  But anyway they said I have to call my ob tomorrow and I am scared cuz they said they didn't see anything.  Now the doctor told me on the first I was 4-5 weeks so now I'm either 5 or 6. But I think my numbers more then doubled.  Please help if you can. I know they saw a gestational sac idk about the yolk sac. They never told me

Yes they did. There exact words were me may have or may not have seen something. It might be to early to tell or something is wrong. This is what has me confused and upset. I cant stop thinking about what they said.
