once you start early labor and you're still at home, stop eating solid food and just drink alot of liquids and watery soups. Doctors recommended gatorades and vitamin water. Because honestly if you really don't wanna poop while giving birthday just don't eat sold foods lol. Eating fiber and healthy a weeks before you're so post to deliver helps hour body regulate pooping. So once you feel that first contraction in early labor it's best to try and poop asap lol then be on liquids.  :)

But let me tell you, enemas are no party. And Idk how it works when you have an epidural (which, in my opinion, are awesome by the way).
Good luck ladies. Don't be afraid. The delivery part is easy and really not that scary.

I pooped last time and I didn't even know until I asked the nurse after I delivered, they cleaned it up so fast. I also had the epidural and will not be getting it again. I was in labor for 29hr (after my water broke) and tore horribly because once you get the epi you are pretty much only able to push laying on your back.

If you're seriously worried, ask about getting an emena before hand. Some doctors prefer that you do because of the poop, but honestly they're so used to it it's no big deal to them.
Just ask your doctor.

I'm going to specifically tell my on that if I poop, clean it right away and don't tell me!! Haha not only is it embarrassing but I don't want my baby to touch it when he/she comes out!
