what about you guys? i just ate some nachos with a bunch of onions nd i'm super full but i gotta clean up..i know hubby doesn't care if the house is a mess or not, but i know he also appreciates it lol. so time to get my lazy a** up! my house is getting ridiculous lol.

I was lazy tonight and grabbed little cesars hot n readys on my way home. Lol cheap and easy.

I love pork chops so freakin' much!  I haven't had them in so long.  How I use to make them was with cream of mushroom soup with onions chopped up in it smothered on top of the pork chops and baked.. sooooo good!  Anyways, we had spaghetti and meatballs with garlic bread for dinner tonight.

my biggest problem is my husband is the pickiest eater in the world. i'll eat basically any vegetables or meats etc. hubby doesn't like ANY vegetables but corn and he enjoys sauteed onions occasionally
bu other than that, its like cooking for a four year old hahahaha.

Im thinkin steak, baked potatoes, & apples sound real good... But, my daughter will also eat that & shes going to my brothers tonight..so, some really spicy, loaded chicken nachos sound really good & have for a wk but my 4 yr old wont eat it.

tacos made with potatoes haha....
yu boil the potatos nd wen theyre cooked drain them, nd then smash them up with a fork (no big chunks), nd then season it with some salt, pepper, nd garlic salt.... heat up some corn tortillas fur like 10-15 seconds in the microwave nd then fill half the tortilla wit some potatos (yu dnt wanna make them too fat), nd yu could put some cheese if yud like, nd then close them in half, nd then fry them in oil fur a few seconds each side juss to give them a lil brown nd crunchyness, nd then yu could re open them after nd put watever yud like in them... (more cheese, lettuce, avacoda, salsa, anything yu want) .... theyre pretty good nd easy :) specially if yu have some left over smashed potatos from another night it works out good...
