possible exposure to chemicals while 7 months pregnant

HeyI had a question , we recently had bed bugs in our home and my husband brought a homedepot spray to kill them I think its raid anyways one day I came home from work and smelled a strong odor coming from the closet , apparently the spray had spilled or had a hole in the bottle , but when i open the door the fumes and smell smacked me in the face and i felt my throat close up a little, I ran over to the balcony and stood there while my husband came home to clean it up but I was curious if this would have a effect on my baby , I forgot to mention that after my husband cleaned up the room and it no longer smelled like the spray because he mopped and threw everything away we open the windows and turn on the fan and slept in the room the next day i was blowing my nose and it bleed i have never had a nose bleed before but it stopped after 15 minutes i thought i was from blowing my nose to hard .. but will any of this effect my baby now and possibly in the future, i went to the doctor the next day but forgot to mention it to her the babies heartrate was find and he is still kicking as usual

If you are pregnant, or planning a pregnancy, you may worry that exposure to chemicals at work will harm
your baby. Concern about workplace chemicals is understandable, especially since doctors encourage
women not to expose the baby to other chemicals such as those found in tobacco smoke and alcohol. Most
women probably don't need to worry. But if you use chemicals often at work, you should get more
information about them.

Hi!
It sounds like you did all the right things. You minimized your exposure as much as possible under the circumstances.  If you were my own patient, I would reassure you that there was probably no harm done, and the baby probably got no exposure at all.  Especially reassuring is that he is moving normally and his heart rate was fine.
Nose bleeds are very common during pregnancy because the elevated hormone levels cause the tissue in the mouth and nasal passages to be sensitive.  You may have noticed that your sinuses are "stuffier" that before the baby.
I think you and baby will be just fine!
