postpartum headaches?

I'm 3 weeks postpartum and the past 3 days i've had these terrible headaches. I feel like nothing is helping relieve them, ive taken the leftover percocets my dr gave me from right after delivery, and ibuprofen. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this, and what did you do to get relief?

I had terrible headaches after giving birth because I bit down so hard on the tube for the gas and air!!

Thanks, I heard caffeine can help so I'm gonna try out caffeine pills. I'm not bf, but I did get an epidural. But I read that epidural headaches happen soon after delivery? I've had a really poor appetite since birth but I know it can't be from lack of iron(just had it checked at wic). And I drink plenty of fluids

Did u get an epidural?  Headaches are common postpartum especially if you had one. Are u nursing?  If so dehydration can cause severe headaches. Im someone who has suffered from extreme migraines so i understand ur pain. It could also be due to ur hormones after having a baby. Headaches are the hardest things to diagnose. There is no test that can help determine the cause you just gotta try different remedies and hope one helps! Good luck and congratulations on the new baby.
