practice breathing

Anyone feels or see their tummys go up and like the baby is breathing or is it just me lol

No not really. I'm not getting offensive I just wouldn't say not to be rude but duh... that was rude obviously! If you weren't trying to be rude then you wouldn't have said that. Must be young. Oh well were all here to try and give advice I just gave it to the wrong person!

There's a vein down the middle of your stomach and since during pregnancy there's more blood running through your body you can see your pulse in your stomach.

Um i know its just practice breathing im not saying shes actually taking breaths in the womb i know that is impossible...sorry to seem rude but duhh

Because you can see your pulse. And babies don't breathe in the womb. They practice breathing but not until the very end. So maybe your seeing it but idk how far along you are

I think that is more likely your heart beat. I've noticed it too but I highly doubt you could see your baby breathing from inside...but I guess ya never know...
