Yes, it is safe to become pregnant after a miscarriage. Prenatal care would be taking a prenatal vitamin and folic acid, increase water intake, eat healthfully, exercise (lose weight if you're overweight), etc. Most women have a miscarriage or two in their lifetime whether they realize it or not; due to genetic anomalies that are beyond our control.
