I had my tubes tied 3 yrs ago and found out last friday i was preggers and mine ended up being etopic. Just had surgery yesterday and because of how far along i was they had to remove my left tube and overy.Make sure u talk to ur ob because if its not in ur uterus it will end up being like mine etopic

If you are asking if anything about tubal ligation impedes doing IVF, it does not.  You would be able to carry a baby if you got an embryo into the uterus.  Talk to an IVF specialist for the details.  It's quite expensive, but if you want to be pregnant again, it's worth it.

You can carry, but the odds of getting pregnant are not high. Failure doesn't happen often and if it does you are more at risk of Ectopic. If you want to become pregnant you have to get a reversal, IVF or go through surrogacy.
