Nothing :) you can lose your mucous plug and it can actually grow back. Or you can lose it and not go into labor for up to 30 days! I freaked out last week when I lost mine and this is what the ladies at l & d told me.

Theres nothing that needs to be done. Just relax. Labor can be anywhere from few hours to weeks away. Losing your mucus plug isnt a good indicator of labor.
