I had stillbirth on 18/01/2011 (38wks) apparently due to umbilical cord winding around itself, but my son was also apparently not fully formed around jaw.  Bled 21/01/2011 - 12/02/2011 nothing since then.  Been trying to fall pregnant since 2/02/2011.  what would signs be of positive pregnancy other than doing urine test every week?

It can vary so greatly from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy.  Have you had your first menstrual cycle yet?  It would be best to wait until you have.  This will give you more to go on.  Your body needs time to heal and readjust the hormone production.  

I'm very sorry for your loss.  I, too, had a stillbirth at 37 weeks due to the umbilical cord wrapping around my sons neck twice.  Afterwards my husband and I didn't begin "trying" right away, we just didn't prevent.  It took us just over a year before we conceived again.  Good luck!

I am so sorry that happened to you. I cant even imagine. Since you were full term its going to take a while for things to get back to normal. Not only that but it isn't safe for your body to concieve yet. I'd wait a couple months before trying again.
