pregnancy and periods

hi i took the depro injection for about 2 years, me and my husband decided to start a family so i stoped the injection my last one was december 2011 i should have gone again in januarie 2012 but i didnt. i started having some spotting in march and then my period started in april this year. it lasted for 3 to 4 days like it used to in the past. i am on my period again now but its much more heavy than last month and it came with no waning sign. i use to get period pains before it came but this time it didnt. me and my husband is trying to conceive. how long before all is normal? any advice out there will hepl he alot.

it took a 1 year 1/2 before my cycles were half way normal and even when i got pregnant they still werent normal

thank you for your comment i will look into that maybe its an option but i really wanted to have a baby the normal way so i guess i should be a little more patient

this isnt a very nice form of contraception as it can muck your cycles up when you decide to come off it, alot of ladies take ages to get their periods after they stop and it can take up to a year before they become regular, you could maybe look into doing a fertility detox which will help you get rid of any excess hormones that are still in your system from the depo

Hiya, I was on the depro injection for almost a year. My period was very weird after that with little or no period pains. My doctor said it can take up to year to get pregnant after the injection. The depro injection wore of in May 2011 and I got pregnant in December 2011. So I would advice you to keep on trying and be patient. Hopefully you'll get pregnant by the end of the year. I think that there's something you can take to increase your chances of conceiving. This could help. Keep me posted.
