Some Ob's recommend pregnancy pilates. I dont know if this is good for high risk pregnancy. But maybe yoga as well since it's alot of stretching and mental exercise. you might be able to google this topic and see what turns up or talk to your high risk doctor about what is ok. Good Luck.
What are you restricted from exactly? They say not to get your heart rate up too much and to stay off your back and belly.
Walking is always the best!
im not high risk nd im not really restricted but since im pregnant its alot of excersizes my fiancee doesnt want me doing.
