vomiting so much I'm starting to see blood

It happened before when I had a bug, threw up so much that it busted capillaries or something and I was seeing bright red blood in the vomit. could this be something serious?

Dr said that I'm just throwing up too hard lol, told me to take it easy and gave me anti nausea meds

How far are you? I'd still get it looked at now blood is never good in vomit

It's not a lot if blood, I just saw it for the first time a few mins ago and it was at the end of me being sick, also just a little tiny but if blood, as if I brushed my teeth too hard

Yes because you can be dehydrated which can lead to contractions and possible miscarraige. Call your doctor and get on some antinausia mediction.
