I dont think so. I tore pretty bad with my first but not my second and he was bigger..
Just somethongs i read at the internet . You should google things like this ( :
*Perineal massages
*Kegal exercises
*A LOT of sex
*A LOT of Walking
*Streching
*Pushing while exhaling (while giving birth)
*Good diet
(You should start around 23 weeks with the exercises)
One of my doctor suggests an olive oil perineal massage. Its the closest oil to human body oil and it helps. With my first she actually did it in between contractions because it seemed like I was going to tear. I still tore a little but it honestly wasnt that bad. You have to do a sits bath (sp) for a couple of day but I hardly knew it was there.
Evening primrose oil help your cervix and help u not tear
Perineal massages will help you prevent from tearing you can look up how to do them
My doctor told me that it MIGHT help prevent tearing if you push one contraction skip one push one skip one. But at the time I just wanted her out so I kept pushing. If I end up getting the epidural this time I will probably do that.
You can do perineal exercises (not sure on the spelling) Google it! :)
I dont think you can, sorry
