Ive always had the pooch i do think its body type though some get the pooch and some very few don't im having my 3rd c section in 9 days i haven't had any problems with my scar until recently its itchy and ill feel a stinging every once in a while
For the first question personally after my c section I went to the gym an worked out an hired a personal trainer but was not satisfied with my results because I still had the pouch after months of doing it. I heard using a corset will help so I will be trying it with this one. I had a problem with my scar in the beginning an I spoke with my doc she said it was cause of the stretching.
I didn't have a pouch for long after water weight went away and everything it went away and I had/have burning on my scar my doc said it's normal but if it starts too be unbearable I would talk too your doctor
Ty guys. This burning really hurts ;-(
I agree , you can lose your belly hun . Nobody can say you will or won't have a pouch . I didn't have a pouch . . .
I didn't have a pouch and I had a csection years ago.
I have been told that even if you get down to 100 pounds that pouch will always be there this is just my friend's experience there's no way to say that you will or won't have the pouch. The burning is normal its more than likely from the stretching of your belly
