previous c sections please respond

1) do u guys really believe that every girl who has had a c section will always have that "c section pouch" u can never get rid of with exercise?  I had 2 c sections and didnt have a pouch and im worried about my 3rd due in Nov..

2) is it normal that my c section scar hurts? I been having this burning sensation on the right side of it. Idk if its normal? Its hurt/burns. This is my 3rd pregnancy

For the first question personally after my c section I went to the gym an worked out an hired a personal trainer but was not satisfied with my results because I still had the pouch after months of doing it. I heard using a corset will help so I will be trying it with this one. I had a problem with my scar in the beginning an I spoke with my doc she said it was cause of the stretching.

I have been told that even if you get down to 100 pounds that pouch will always be there this is just my friend's experience there's no way to say that you will or won't have the pouch.  The burning is normal its more than likely from the stretching of your belly
