I am unexpectedly become pregnant, um 7 weeks pregnant. My problem is, I have become very annoyed about everything specially my husband's deeds which I used to hate most previously. Now I become irritated thinking of him. My husband does not stay with me(abroad). Days are passing very badly. Mentally um just broke. What should I do to be cheered up?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise that you get yourself to a place where you are surrounded by people who are going to support you the best.  For example, your mom or sisters, or even a sister in law.  I would also advise you to see a counselor to determine whether you may have depression and/or may need medication.  It could simply be that your spouse Is the problem, but it is certainly nice to have a spouse when you are expecting a baby.
Stress in the relationship is so common as to be almost universal--but get some professional advice!
Good luck!

hi there, I am not a dr or anything.  However, I too fall pregnant unexpectedly(am 6 and half weeks) but im trying to keep positive.  One of my friends was pregnant last year so I did learn a lot about it, one of the things I learned is that hormones will drive you insane. It will make you hate things That you normally love, ans people will tend to be more irritating. For some people pregnancy can be roller coaster of emotions. Just try your best to control it, and try to keep the peace with your husband. You don't need to make things harder for yourself. ..rest as much as you can, it will definitely help a lot. And finally keep in mind that you won't be pregnant forever so try to enjoy this special moment, , evenif weren't ready for it you can still enjoy.
