question

i had my daughter december 9th 2013 and i still have not my period yet should i have by now she is 10 weeks old

I breastfed until baby was about 9 months and then had to stop :( still didn't get my period for months afterwards, all together it was over a year before I got it back! I kept asking my dr what was wrong because we were wanting to have babies close in age and he said "some women are different, it comes back, when it comes back! Don't complain about not having it!"

If you're breastfeeding that will naturally delay your period. Exclusive breastfeeding is a natural child spacer. Some women who have nursed a baby exclusively until he/she was even two years old, have not had their period return until then. If you're bottle feeding tho, ignore me. Don't know about that.

i bleed after with my first two but with this one i did to but for two weeks and i havent started my normal one yet

Sorry there's more to that some people get it after baby and for other people it's a while after baby my sister didn't get hers back until my first nephew was 8 months old and after my second nephew she went straight from the bleeding after baby to her period

Girl I didn't get my period until 8 months afterwards and then it was still irregular. I had it 3 times in 14 months and now im pregnant again.
