So my due date is Dec 3 and I have a Dr apt on the 2nd if I haven't had any signs of labor or anything should I see if they can just induce me? Is it safe?

I started having contractions about 3pm and  i was in labor I finally  went to the hospital around 9:30 the drs said I was dialated to 4 and 100% effaced I was gonna have c this baby well i it took me all night to completely dialate and at 8:20 am I had my son born 7lb 8oz 20 1/2 inches long

So I went to the Dr today and everything is moving along I'm now dialated to 2 I have another dr appt on Friday to see how things are going but on the plus side I lost my mucus plug today after my Dr apt

I was induced oct 29th I didnt give birth till the morning of nov 1st induction was hard labor lasted what felt like forever my babys heart beat kept dropping due to the fact that I was being induced the stress of the forced labor was what was making uer heartbeat go down its a scary thing and I had to lay in bed the wholeee time not fun to take the contractions when you cant stand up. Id say wait it out unless medically necessary id say dont try for the induction goid luck hun

Still no signs of labor for me I want the pregnancy to be over as well I go to my doctor tomorrow. I will keep every one updated. I May ask them about the cervical massage im at this point willing to try anything that may help.

I'm also due the 3rd, no signs of labor yet. My doctor said they would induce after 41 weeks if baby hasn't come yet

Im due on December 5th. Im going to see if my doctor will induce as well. Keep me updated. I know the contractions will be worse but i just want this pregnancy to be over.

Ask them to do a "cervical massage" it is painful and uncomfortable but it really works! They did it with my first and that night I started having contractions and the next day I was in hard labor

I've been medically induced it wasn't worth it. I self induced with this one and it was amazing and all natural. My first I need drugs I couldn't do it my contractions were 100x worse and it turned me into a crazy b itch. This one I was calm and nice and was able to be myself the nurses loved me with my first they hated me. I'll never get medically induced again.

Depends on doctor. Mine is willing to induce at 39 weeks

They will probably induce you between 41 and 42 weeks.
