So I don't know what I'm gonna do. I hate my appointment yesterday and it came out that I was anemic. They told me to stay a supplement and eat more iron rich foods. I however have never like red meat. Any recommendations for a mommy in my position. I don't have a clue what to do. I tried eating chicken and I just couldn't.

Do you like shellfish? Things like clams and mussels have loads of iron in them. There are two types of iron, heme and non-heme. Heme iron comes from meat and shellfish and is the most concentrated and helps increase your iron the best. Non-heme iron can also helo increase your iron but not nearly as well. Non-heme iron sources are things like spinach, nuts, peanut butter, etc.
