Should I worry?

Because I've been so nauseous I haven't been eating much at all yesterday I had a bowl of cereal for breakfast some doritos for lunch and 1/4th of a sandwich for dinner and now this morning I went to the kitchen to find something for breakfast and the thought of food makes me wanna puke so is it okay that I haven't been eating much at all?

They say some times when you don't eat it can make you sick, I look at it as I want to eat so when my baby comes out it (idk what I'm having) it won't be under weight, I look at getting sick off of something is my body doesn't take well to it so I know what I can't and can't eat, Good  Luck

How far along are you?  I felt this way in my first trimester & it's very normal.  You will likely move past it.  It's always best to talk to your Dr.

Ok. I'm assuming your early in your preganecy and that's normal. I lost weight instead or gaining because I felt horrible and food was just egh. The dr. told me that the baby will eat the fat tissue in your body to get what it needs. So all should be fine. I ate chicken noodle soup and crackers for three months. Oh and try supplement shakes.
