hi 2 weeks ago i took home pregnancy test all 3 came back positive but had ultrasound today and no baby please help

Maybe it's too early wait for a couple of weeks. Did they see the gestational sac ?

Just wait a little and take another ultra sound at 6 weeks my baby was so hard to find it wad do tiny its a little dot. I think you should just check again in some weeks to be sure

I'm sure everything is okay your to early maybe it happened to me no heart beat I was 5 weeks according to my counts when I really was 4 weeks  don't panic then I took some blood tests and hcg said I was still pregnant

That pregnancy test was no goo talk to your doc

You should have asked the person who performed the scan. Try and speak to a doctor to get an explination, no one here is able to give you a,100% clear answer. You could simply not be far along enough for scan or other problems x
