Yea Thts a good idea to tell ur doctor cuz I got the black dots right before I lost my vision. The 20 ft. To get to tht chair felt like forever! My vision would slightly return for like 2-3 seconds in tunnel vision nd I crawled into the chair wen I saw the seat in front of me.

Ive been feeling the lightheaded part at work a lot lately but my boss only has me working 2-3 days a week so I didnt think it was a big deal. Though will defintely be bringing this up at my appt today. I also get the occasional floating black dots in my vision too and things get blurry but usually it passes after a half hour or so.

Yeah I have that all the time, its called being lightheaded, make sure your drinking a lot of water because you could be slightly dehydrated, try not to wear a lot of heavy clothes because you could easily get overheated and faint without even knowing it, its common in pregnancy some women have it and some women don't but here's what to look out for just in case it happens again, if you get real lightheaded and wherever you are gets really bright, go and sit down for awhile until you feel better because if you don't you will faint, if you get real dizzy and the room starts spinning go and sit down, but make sure your drinking plenty of water, thats vitally important, I'm 22+3 with my second son and I'm used to it now because I know what triggers it and what to do just in case it happens again but I hope you feel better honey and my advice helps, Take care :)

Yip happened to me. Could be low blood pressure or low blood sugar. Once you have that feeling, SIT DOWN. no matter where you are, use the floor. I did it in a lush shop, I was by myself it was horrible! I was supposed to be on bed rest so really its my fault lol.

I fainted in the shower around 4 months or so. I hit my side really hard it was scratched up n bruised! I was hot then my ears felt clogged so i leaned against the wall n nxt thing i know im on the bottom of the tub! I think it was from not eating regular that day. But this whole pregnancy ill get light headed for no reason.. but my son is fine n ill be 28 weeks on friday also i did go to the hospital to make sure he was fine.. i hope u did or do the same
