sciatic nerve pain

How in the world can you make the sciatic nerve pain go away! I'll be 39 weeks tomorrow and since 25 weeks or so I've had this horrible sciatic pain that doesn't let me walk at times, it gets really intense! Any pain relievers aside from Tylenol or warm pads?

I'm having bad sciatic pain right now.  That's why I'm on this app at 3am and not sleeping right now.

At 34 weeks I got bad sciatic nerve pain on my left side from my buttocks down my leg I could not walk sit and barely lay down. It was horrible doctor prescribed me muscle relaxers and physical therapy. I didn't do neither I just stretched all day as much as I could and within a week it went away. I also think my baby was on the nerve and when she moved and dropped it went away like out of no where. But try swimming to relief pressure and also I heard going to a chiropractor helps alot!

My back went out at 23 weeks due to sciatic and possible slipped disc. It was sooooo painful.  I went to the ER and they gave me pain patches and I wanna say hydrocodone with Tylenol in it. I can't really remember but it helped a lot because I was bed ridden for a month not able to move or go to the bathroom

I have it too. Went to the doctor for it the other day and she said there is really nothing you can do for it until birth. She said stretching helps a lot and referred me to a physical therapist to see if that helps. Usually the pain will go away after birth it could be caused by the position of how the baby is laying.

Sciatic nerve pains are usually caused by a moved disk. I have the same problem and idk if there's anything we can do until after labor.

I would say stretch that's what I do when I get it! Also I'll massage my butt where the pain starts !! And I'll try to walk it off . Also you can take a regular Tylenol . To ease the pain (:
