sciatica relief?

I've tried moving every way except laying on my right side for relief and I can't find relief! This doesn't help when I have the stomach flu! Relief ideas? What have you mommies done?

Foam roller and yoga streaches. Pigeon pose, ankle over knee pose. Extended side angle. And but massages!

I looked up stretches on youtube. Now i do daily squats and havent had a problem since

Do you mean doing squats relieved you sciatica pain? It didn't hurt to tighten your glutes? Was your pain in the glute area?
mhk9,  I would think of it this way.  It's actually a dynamic stretch.  Sciatica is usually a pinched nerve and stretching (for me, glutes and hamstrings) releases it. Think about the movement of a squat.  It's going to possibly release these. People do not have sciatica due to tight muscles. They have it due to impingement. So, the squat movement could actually release that.  
For some, squats may increase pressure on the spine and make sciatica worse. For others, it might release it.  I did find stretching out my hamstring muscles the most effective way of overcoming sciatica. And heat always felt good applied as well when pregnant.
