Ooo. Smoked salmon sounds so amazing!! Or stuffed clams from Moreys... if anybody has heard of it lol probably not.

I eat crab legs one time when I am pregnant doctor told me is ok 8 oz portion. I loooove crab legs lol I don't eat lobster though so idk for sure ab that. Mostly what you want to stay away from is your v large sea fish tuna mackerel swordfish ect as they contain to much mercury. Now canned light tuna you can eat. Must be light tuna. Salmon is great! Try to go with farm raised salmon.
And trust me, I've wanted to eat so much seafood lately!!!
You can eat anything that's low in mercury, but just not a lot. Maybe twice a week if its small portions.
