self induce?

Well I have been trying to self induce myself. I'm really excited. what ways worked for others?  I've tried Castrol Oil. Walking. Jumping. Dancing. Even getting rubs not seeking to help enough. Any ideas?  Would love to hear.

What worked for me with my last baby was bouncing on an excise ball all day and eating noth but flaming hot cheetos lol sex worked with my daughter my boyfriend actually broke my water lol

^ castor oil isn't a big no no, its not even a small no no. It has no real medical evidence to back up the effectiveness of helping to induce labor. What it can/does do is give you a lovely case of the runs. Its speculated that the stimulation of bowl will help stimulate the uterus. Just don't take a lot and its not recommend as something to try if you are a high risk pregnancy or not yet arrived at your due date.

Hate seening post like this, that peolle will really go try to induce themselfs and harm there babies just to meet them a little sooner. Castor oil is a big no no, walking is okay & having sex. Dont cause harm to your baby and just wait till ur baby is ready and comes on his or her own.

Sex, the sperm helps to soften the cervix. So just lots of sex.

^^ I'm not sure if that's 100% true. I was told I was in preterm labor. That day I ate a whole pineapple and drank 5 cups of chamomile tea and had the strongest contractions ever. Also walking and doing steps will start up your contractions. Sex will also help you contract and soften up.
