Pregnant or not?

Hi.  I am hoping to gain some insight as I am not getting very far with my own PCP or OB/GYN.  My husband and have been trying to conceive since August 2011.  At that time, I went off continuous birth control pills that I was on for two years.  I was on continuous birth control because I had a cyst removed from my right ovary in 2009.  I was not diagnosed with PCOS or anything else dealing with my reproductive health.  I have been very regular since I stopped the birth control, until this month.  By the calendar, I should have ovulated on January 24th and my period was due February 6th.  On February 4th and 5th, I had some very light, brown spotting.  I have taken 3 home pregnancy tests, had my urine run at the doctor's office, and had a blood draw done on Monday, February 13th.  All of them have turned up negative.  Is there a chance I am pregnant or should I be concerned that there is more going on?  When would be a good time to test again?  Any insight would be wonderul!

I would say that you are not pregnant. The blood test would have definitely showed that.

If you had blood drawn after your period should have come and it was negative then chances are you're not pregnant. Blood tests pick up very small amounts of hcg, and I believe anything over 50 is a positive. Below 5 is a negative.

You could have ovulated later in your cycles, therefore delaying your period. So technically you still could come up.pregnant.
