I'm 24 wks :) you can try acetaminophen.. it helps some. Also, I know this sounds weird but I will jolt gently every now and then to try amd move her off my right side. She's always so low in my pelvis... it sometimes helps. For a short while anyway.
well thanks ya iam glad the baby is perfectly healthy and ok but relatively this is my only pregnancy sympton so i cant complain much but i didnt know if there was anything to get releif no matter wat side or position i lay in it feels like im getting poked with needles but i.guess i will just deal with it!! thanks for ur alls input i appreciate it im 22 weeks now so iam halfway there lol ;)

Sounds like your siatic nerve. It is unfortunately common. I get that a lot, really the only thing that brings me relief is lying on my left side. Although the pain always comes back when I stand up. Its just baby and uterus putting pressure on your siatic nerve.. it will probably be with u till birth (it sticks with me all the way through)
Sorry, I know it's no fun but at least baby isn't harmed in any way by the pain.
I had a similar pain with my second child, it was ciatic (wrong spelling lol) nerve pain basiclly the baby was on a nerve. It went away as soon as she was out but my leg was bothering throughout my pregnancy, check with your doc its not much you can do about it. Hope you feel better.
