If anyone has lost a child and decided to try again about how long did it take to conceive again

I had a misscarraige at 8 weeks. And excatly at month later i got preg and have a healthy boy who is now 5. I did not have a D&C as i passed myself but all went well then when i got preg straight away aftr. Besta look.

I had a complete placenta separation it was just something that happened out of nowhere all the test that they ran on the both of us all came back normal she was perfect and was developed as she should have for a 17wk baby. This pregnancy is my first pregnancy in 11 years i had my son in 02'. I feel so anxious and ready to be pregnant because i have been longing to become a mom again plus i would love to

Miscarried June of 2012, conceived May of 2013. We weren't trying right away though. We started trying infFebruary.

When i lost my baby at the start of september i was devistaded my husband and i barley spoke for a week. Then we had this long talk and finally started being intimate again we weren't trying but i got pregnant again the first week of october. So just don't think about it if its ment to be its ment to be. Good luck to you sweety

I lost my baby in july and ended up pregnant again in october. We werent trying again it.just happend. Good luck momma. Nothig wrong with trying again. Ask your doctor first to see if its ok to.

smcneely - did you ever find out what happened with your daughter?  I would I had two very early miscarriages and tried again right away because blighted ovums are so common and don't indicate a problem with a future pregnancy.

Losing a baby as late as you did,  I'd want to know answers before trying again.

It took us about 11 months of trying to conceive again and now I'm 21.3 weeks along.

I would wait at least 6 months before you try again, 3 at the very least.
